Welcome to Redmond Tree Service. By using our website or hiring us for any tree care services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before scheduling or confirming any work.

1. General Information

Redmond Tree Service provides professional tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, and related services in and around Redmond, WA.
By contacting us or requesting a quote, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve tree work on the property.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the details available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
Final pricing may vary if:

  • Conditions differ from the initial estimate,
  • Additional work is added during the project, or
  • Hidden hazards (power lines, rot, roots, or underground obstructions) are discovered.

We’ll always notify you before any pricing adjustments are made.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide safe, clear access to the property and work area on the scheduled date.
Please move vehicles, pets, and personal items away from the job zone before our crew arrives.
Work may be rescheduled in cases of bad weather, equipment issues, or unsafe site conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payments.
Late or missed payments may result in added service fees or collection actions.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We take great care to protect your property during all services. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn, ground, or root damage caused by normal equipment use,
  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities or hidden structures unless disclosed in advance.

Redmond Tree Service carries liability insurance, but customers must provide accurate details about site conditions.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree care involves inherent risks. While our team follows industry best practices, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of trees after trimming or removal.
We reserve the right to refuse any work that poses a danger to our crew or property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Standard cleanup includes removal of branches, brush, and debris generated by our work.
Firewood, logs, or chips left behind are the property owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
